We make our biltong in small, hand batches using authentic spices straight from South Africa and the same drying process used for generations giving our biltong the original flavor and texture.

We also make it fresh! Please note our shipping policy here.

Biltong is a fresh product and meant to be eaten right away. If you don't plan on eating it immediately, store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
