Shipping Information
Our biltong is handmade in small batches, like it should be! That means your biltong isn't sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped off. Therefore, it make take 2-4 days from time of purchase until we ship it out. You will receive a confirmation of order email then a second email once your order has been shipped.
We ship via USPS priority mail and it takes 1-3 business days to reach its destination. If you need biltong sooner, email us before placing your order so we can arrange overnight or next day shipping via UPS.
Refund Information
If you are unhappy with your Biltong shipment for any reason, please Contact Us with your return and refund request. Please share your order number and reason for returning.
Please hold onto your order as we may or may not request the remaining product from your order as well as pictures. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after you receive confirmation.
